At DCA Business Recovery, we are always committed to supporting meaningful causes, and this past Sunday was no exception. We are incredibly proud to share that Luke Cockerton, one of our Directors, took part in the Southend 10k run, proudly wearing the Team Carli charity shirt. He was among 25 inspiring individuals who laced up their running shoes to represent Team Carli and raise awareness for this amazing foundation – The Carli Lansley Foundation.
Team Carli has grown into a remarkable community of over 100 runners, dedicated to spreading awareness at marathons, half-marathons, 10ks, and park runs. It’s incredible to see the passion and energy of this group, and we at DCA are thrilled to be a part of it. Every run, every step, helps to make a difference for the Foundation and the important work they do.
While many of Team Carli’s runners choose to raise funds during their events, the Foundation understands that constantly asking for donations can be tough. That’s why they encourage anyone willing to support simply by wearing their charity shirts or vests during runs. The increased visibility helps spread the word about their ECG screening program, and that in itself is a huge contribution to the cause.
At DCA, we love this approach—raising awareness with no pressure to fundraise. Luke, along with many others, proudly wore the Team Carli top as part of his participation in the Southend 10k, bringing more recognition to this vital cause.
If you are a runner and want to support Team Carli by wearing their charity gear, please reach out to them using the details below. Whether you’re preparing for a marathon or just a casual park run, no fundraising is required—just the willingness to wear the Team Carli shirt, which they provide for free.
We at DCA Business Recovery are honoured to support causes like Team Carli and are always looking for ways to give back to the community. Together, we can all help make a positive impact—one run at a time.
